To date, we’ve successfully made over 180,000 placements, and many of our candidates are to thank for expanding both our talent pool and client base! To show our appreciation for putting your trust in us, we introduce to you our candidate referral program.
Do you know anyone who might be qualified?
If you are a Town + Country Resources professional and you refer a new client or a professional who is subsequently placed with a family:

You will receive $250 for any family paid temporary placement

You will receive $500 for any part-time placement

You will receive $750 for any full-time placement
How it works:

If your referred client and/or candidate end up doing business with us, you will be asked to submit a W-9 and a payment form to Town + Country Resources.
- Step 3
Our team will process the payment and get it out to you as quickly as possible.
Eligibility
- The referrer has to be a registered Town + Country Resources professional to be eligible for this bonus.
- The referred candidate has to be hired and in the role for at least 30 days before the referer receives payment for the referral.
- To receive payment for a client referral, all referral agreements need to be finalized.
