We have a great referral bonus!

For nearly 30 years, Town + Country has been working with the best, most professional in-home Candidates in the business. We work hard to represent our Candidates, searching high and low to find the one – matching each Candidate with just the right job.

And we are always looking for great new people to work with!

Do you know anyone who might be qualified? If you are currently registered as a Candidate with Town + Country and know someone who would like to find a great new job through us – either temp or perm – send them our way, and earn a referral bonus up to $500!

  1. FULL-TIME PERM: If you refer a great Candidate who is new to us and who we place in a full-time permanent position (regular schedule is more than 35 hours per week) with one of our clients, then we will pay you $500 after they have stayed in their new T+C job for 30 days. Cannot be combined with any other referral bonus.
  2. PART-TIME PERM: If you refer a great Candidate who is new to us and who we place in a part-time permanent position (regular schedule is 35 or fewer hours per week) with one of our clients, then we will pay you $250 after they have stayed in their new T+C job for 30 days. If applicable, this referral bonus may be combined with the Temp Referral Bonus (see “Temp Goes Perm” below).
  3. TEMP: If you refer a great Candidate who is new to us and who we place in five separate temporary or on-call assignments, then we will pay you $250 after they have successfully finished their fifth assignment. In some cases, T+C may hire a Candidate whom you refer to us as an agency-employed caregiver (“Agency Employed Caregiver”). In that case, T+C may guarantee some number of paid hours per week regardless of the actual number of hours of work assignments performed. The number of guaranteed hours may range from zero to 35 or more hours per week. In that case, the same rule applies; that is, we will pay you $250 after the Agency Employed Caregiver has successfully finished their fifth actual work assignment (without regard for any guaranteed hours that were paid). If applicable, this referral bonus may be combined with the Part-time Referral Bonus (see “Temp Goes Perm” below).

  1.  TEMP GOES PERM: If you refer a great candidate who is new to us and we pay you the $250 Temp Referral Bonus above, and they later take a perm position (full-time or part-time), then we’ll pay you an additional $250 after they have stayed in their new T+C perm job for 30 days. Likewise, if you refer a great Candidate who is new to us and we pay you the $250 Part-time Referral Bonus above (this does not include the Full-time Perm Referral Bonus above), and they later successfully complete five separate temporary or on-call assignments, then we’ll pay you an additional $250 after they have completed that fifth assignment.

There is no limit on how many candidates you can refer to us, but there are some limitations:

  • You must be a registered T+C Candidate at the time that you refer your friend to us.
  • The friend that you refer to us must be new to us – that is, to be eligible, your friend can’t already be registered with us, can’t already have applied with us, or already have been referred to us by anyone else.
  • We will pay only a maximum of $500 in referral bonuses (any combination) for each new Candidate who is referred to us.
  • This referral bonus only applies for Candidate referrals made to us on after February 22, 2017. For any referrals made to us on or before that date, our old $200 referral bonus applies.
